RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What are your return and/or exchange policies?

FD: We want our customers to feel as happy as a horse in springtime. Easier said than done sometimes, we want you to have a positive experience with everything Farmyard Darlings. If you need to return merchandise, you may return or exchange it by following the guidelines listed below:

  • The merchandise must be returned within (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective. It cannot be worn or washed.
  • All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective items or incorrect order fulfillment.
  • The original (or a copy of the) Online Order Confirmation or Packing Slip must accompany all returns and exchanges.
  • Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Along the Online Order Confirmation or Packing Slip, please include a reason for the return. If making an exchange, please note the new items you are exchanging for.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier services from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Farmyard Darlings is not responsible for packages not received. You must prepay the shipping charge on your return. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or if the item is defective, you will not be charged for shipping and handling on the new item(s) being sent to you. If the same item is exchanged more than once you will be charged for shipping.

RETURN STATUS: Upon receipt, it takes about one week to process your return. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
